What is Rize?

Rize is a workout app that reads your live heart rate and automatically plays music from your Apple Music library to match your current intensity — the harder you push, the faster the music. It works with the Apple Watch, Garmin broadcast, and Bluetooth (BLE) chest straps.

Common questions

My heart rate monitor won't connect

Music won't play or the wrong songs are chosen

The Apple Watch app

How are my heart-rate zones calculated?

Zones are estimated from your age and biological sex using the standard formula (220 minus age). They're estimates for training guidance, not medical thresholds. See the Terms for the full medical disclaimer.

Managing your account

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Rize account and all associated data in either of these ways:

  1. In the app: go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm. This removes your profile, workout history, and song records.
  2. By email: write to chananelben@gmail.com from the address tied to your account. We will delete everything within 30 days.
Note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your anonymized song-tempo cache entries (which contain no personal information) are retained, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Export or correct your data

You can update your profile (age, biological sex, goal) inside the app at any time. To request an export of your data, email us and we'll send it within 30 days.

Report a bug or request a feature

Rize is built by an independent developer and is always improving. If something's broken or you have an idea, email chananelben@gmail.com with your device model and iOS version — it helps us reproduce issues faster.
